Texas Style ‘Smokin’ Beef Brisket Nachos

Kayem hardwood smoked brisket piled over tortilla chips with bourbon baked beans, Mexican cheese blend and fresh peppers.

Texas Style ‘Smokin’ Beef Brisket Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Kayem Hardwood Smoked Brisket
  • 4 ounces Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
  • 4 ounces Bush’s Bourbon & Brown Sugar ‘Grillin’ Beans
  • 1 3/4 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 ounce barbecue sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Roughly cut the 8 oz. of Brisket and sear in a pan at medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Place chips in a black iron skillet coated with a cooking spray.
  4. Scatter Bush’s Bourbon & Brown Sugar ‘Grillin’ Beans over the top of the chips.
  5. Add brisket and shredded cheese to the top of the chips.
  6. Cook in 375 degrees oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped red pepper, jalapeno pepper, sliced scallion. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
