Smoked Chicken Chipotle Flatbread Pizza

Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken, chipotle bbq sauce, flatbread, recipe, foodservice application.

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken
1 slice red onion
1 flatbread crust
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chipotle barbecue sauce
2 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

Brush the flatbread crust with olive oil and grill for flavor. Spread the barbeque sauce on the top of the flatbread.
Sprinkle the cheese, load up with chicken and then top with and red onion; bake for 4 minutes in a 400 F oven.
Slice into about 6 pieces.
