Roast Pork Belly with Hoisin Glaze

Kayem Artisan Fully Cooked Pork Belly with Hoisin Glaze Recipe for Foodservice Application.

Ingredients

3 1/4 pounds Kayem Artisan Fully Cooked Pork Belly (thaw pork belly night before)
2 ounces hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoon fresh ginger root
1 ounce pureed fermented bean curd

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325 d f.
Mix the hoisin, honey, ginger root and fermented bean curd together into a homogenius sauce.
Place pork belly on a baking sheet, spice side up. Coat well with the sauce. Bake for 45 minutes to warm through.
Brown under broiler until topping is well caramelized and bubbling. Slice and serve immediately with your favorite noodle dish, salad, etc.
