Crispy Asian Pork Street Tacos

Kayem Smoked Pork, sweet teriyaki sauce, sriracha, pickled vegetables, cucumber wasabi dressing, in a tortilla, recipe, foodservice application.

Crispy Asian Pork Street Tacos

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork
  • 2 ounces sweet teriyaki sauce
  • 1 ounce sriracha sauce
  • 3 4" flour tortillas
  • 3 ounces pickled vegetables, julienned
  • 2 ounces cucumber wasabi dressing

Directions

  1. Deep Fry Pork at 350 F until crispy and heated through. Place pork, teriyaki and sriracha in a mixing bow, shred pork and mix with sauce.
  2. Distribute the pork between the three tortillas.
  3. Garnish with pickled vegetables and cucumber wasabi dressing.
