Smoked Pork Nachos

Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork, nachos, bbq sauce, recipe, foodservice application.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork, shredded
1 portion tortilla chips (about 30 chips)
4 ounces mexican cheese, shredded
2 ounces barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon scallions, sliced
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons tomato, diced
1 jalapeno, sliced

Instructions

Place chips on an oven-safe platter. Add shredded pork and cheese to the top of the chips.
Place into the oven to melt the cheese.
Drizzle with barbecue sauce and garnish with the onions, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeno slices.
