Mojo Pork with Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork

Ingredients

5 pounds Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork
1/2 cup

Instructions

Allow the smoked pork to slack out under refrigeration for 24 hours.
Manually shred the pork to desired piece size for the final recipe into a large stainless steel bowl.
Gently toss the smoked pork with the minced garlic.
Blend the dry spices together first, then toss with the mixture.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium high heat, cook the seasoned smoked pork for 10 - 15 minutes to heat through, lightly brown up. Toss occasionally.
Add the mojo, simmer for 5 minutes. Add lime juice. Serve immediately.
Serving suggestions - ideal with Cuban style rice. Use as an ingredient in a quesadilla, taco or in sliders.
