Grilled Smoked Chicken & Cranberry Quesadilla with Brie

Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken, cranberries, brie, tortillas, recipe, foodservice application.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

3 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken, shredded
8" flour tortilla
2-3 tablespoons cranberry-orange relish
1 ounce brie cheese
cooking spray

Instructions

Cover the tortilla with a thick layer of the brie.
Place the chicken and cranberry relish on half of the tortilla and fold to cover the other half. Spray the tortilla with cooking spray and mark on a char grill with cross hatch marks.
Finish it in the over until tortilla is lightly crisp and quesadilla is heated throughout.
Slice into 3-4 triangle portions.
