Apple Maple Chicken Sausage & Sauteed Apples Omelette

Ingredients

7 al fresco Apple Maple Fully Cooked Breakfast Chicken Sausage
1 apple
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
4 tablespoons water
5 teaspoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Peel and grate the apple and slice the sausage (4 links) into small pieces. Saute the sausage and apple in 1 tsp of oil for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from pan.
Beat eggs and water until blended. Heat 1 tsp of oil in pan until hot. Pour in 1/4 of egg mixture. Mixture should set at edges-tilt pan and move as necessary. Continue cooking until egg is set and will not flow.
Fill omelet with 1/4 of sauteed sausage and apple mixture and add cheese. Fold in half and invert on plate and serve. Repeat for each serving
